To close out the event, Mary Beth will give you 5 steps to getting rid of your all-or-nothing mindset completely! You will walk out with planned out personal goals for how you will be consistent with your healthy habits from here on out.

Laura Banks

The women I work with seek confidence and a positive body image. They desire knowledge on how to eat healthy, exercise consistently, and still enjoy their favorite foods without restrictions.  While their goal is to lose weight, they understand that developing healthy habits is essential for sustainable weight loss.

During my 1-1 coaching sessions, I guide clients to set small goals that fit their current lifestyle and are sustainable for them. I also equip them with knowledge on healthy food, meal preparation, and sustainable exercise practices, as well as strategies for increasing water intake and developing habits for quality sleep. My program is personalized to meet your unique needs.

Brittany Ellis

 

Brittany is a speaker, author, clinical mental health therapist and the owner of the mental health private practice 2BE Well.

She is passionate about helping women with anxiety heal holistically and live with mental peace and clarity. She recently authored "Sacred Self Care" which is a 10 week guided workbook to nurture women as they travel on their self paced mental health journey.

Along with providing culturally competent care to individuals and groups in the state of Florida, Brittany is also a clinical researcher specializing in educating mental health professionals with best interventions to use when working with women struggling with postpartum depression. So whether you are an individual in need of therapy, wanting to get care for someone you love or are looking for community to heal with, Brittany is here to help & serve.

 

Mary Beth Perrone

 

Mary Beth's passion for women’s topics is evidenced by her contributions to women’s health and wellness in many, many forms—physically, mentally and spiritually. 

She is a Chopra Meditation Instructor, Health Coach trained in Ayurveda, and a Global Sisterhood Facilitator.

She is the Founder of the nonprofit, Women's Wellness Fest. Mary Beth is the founder of Radiate Wellness which she started to help women navigate the changes of midlife through mind, body, & spirit. She knows health and wellness isn't one size fits all. Aging should be a positive experience. Mary Beth wants all women to feel and look their best as they age. With education, community, and clean affordable products to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause.
